How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart and complete the checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and we'll do our best to modify or cancel it.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders to the United Kingdom and Ireland, always with tracking included.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from dispatch for both the UK and Ireland. Exact timeframes are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it at any time.

Every purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Can I return an unopened product?
Yes. You also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, products returned under this right must be unopened with the original seal intact. See our Return Policy for details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll send you a replacement or refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors.
How do I use the Multi Balm?
Twist the base to dispense, then swipe gently onto areas of concern — under-eyes, smile lines, neck, forehead or lips — as the final step of your skincare routine, morning and night. It can also be used over makeup during the day.
How long does one stick last?
With regular morning and night use across multiple areas, one stick typically lasts 4–6 weeks.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formula is low-irritation tested, fragrance-free and contains no artificial colourants.
