Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times and costs
- United Kingdom: FREE tracked shipping — estimated delivery in 5–8 business days from dispatch.
- Ireland: FREE tracked shipping — estimated delivery in 5–8 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods (e.g. holidays or promotions). Any available options and exact timeframes are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery status at any time.
Delivery issues
If your order experiences an unusual delay, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us through our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address once shipped.
