We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund — no lengthy questionnaires, no hassle.
Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations, you also have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase without justification.
Conditions for returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returned cosmetic products under the statutory right of withdrawal must be:
- Unopened and unused, with the original seal or packaging intact.
- Returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Opened or used products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above, or in case of a manufacturing defect.
How to request a return or refund
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll confirm your request and provide the return instructions.
- If a return shipment is needed, pack the product securely. Unless it's our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your request is approved (and the product received, where applicable), we'll process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method from your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's issued.
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. In these cases, we'll cover all costs and offer you a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, request a return and place a new order.
